Job Description

Essential Duties
Providing direction, motivation and training to the sales team, ensuring
optimum performance.
Monitoring sales & sales team activities, implementing effective strategies to
maximize sales and accomplishment of sales targets.
Tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine tune selling
and marketing strategies.
Generating business from existing Clients as well as identifying New
Prospective Clients to achieve increased sales growth.
Customer relationship management with Dealers, Retailers, Builders,
Architects, Contractors, and to meet their product requirements.
Handling Pre-Sales Activities like Marketing and promoting the product lines,
market development & Sales Distribution.
Handling Post Sales Activities like supervise supplies, inventory levels , sales
co-ordination & payments.
To ensure Company’s display and branding at respective dealers.
Achieve sales plan in terms of volume & net value as budgeted, monitor
collection in terms of number of days within authorized budget.
To adhere to Company’s sales policy, Corporate design norms.
(Preferably from Tiles, Sanitary ware, Bathroom Fittings Industry

Salary 4 Lac To 4 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
Industry Fashion Designing & Merchandising
Work Experience 3 - 5 Years
Qualification M.B.A/PGDM
