The person must have extensive experience of working in KPO industry managing Client delivery Operations, Management,
Technical and Functional Skills required
Vendor Bills Processing
Vendor Statement Reconciliation
Bank Entries and Reconciliation
Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries
Preparation of customer invoices and mailing
AR and Revenue Reconciliation
Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports
Double checking of bookkeeping and accounting work done by subordinates
Sales Tax calculation and filing
Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments
Internal communication for routine queries and questions
Review and preparation of financial statements
Help management in collecting key data such as Work Planner, Financial Statements Submission Checklist etc. in timely manner
Client Billing, especially hourly clients
Protect confidential details of clients, and follow guide lines of ISO/IEC:27001
Experience range in years - Min 05 to Max 07 years relevant experience.
Education Qualification & Certification - M.com, CA, CPA, Relevant KPO experience working with US based clients preferred
