Sr. Executive- Talent Acquisition


Job Responsibilities
 Manage the complete hiring process from Hiring requisition opens, to identifying, screening, presenting the
shortlisted candidates to hiring manager till the final offer is made. Build the Strong pipeline & database of
potential candidate’s large-scale talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs to be ready to
offer for all the ongoing roles.
 Cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract applicants, minimizing the use of external agencies. Keeping the
recruitment vendors engaged and informed. Campus Hiring, Coordinate with Placement authority etc.
 Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine the manpower needs of the company.
 Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to get in touch with the best available
 Planning the interview and selection process including screening calls, interviews.
 Collect, process, and analyze the information about candidates including resumes, contacts, and social media.
 Ensuring the job descriptions properly define the needs of the company.
 Put together the questions for the interview to properly test the candidate and reflect the specific
requirements of the position.
 Analyze previous branding initiatives of the company and help optimize the future ones.
 Participate in job fairs to work directly with potential recruits. Help with the creation and organization of the
recruitment events.

Experience 4 - 6 Years
Salary 5 Lac 50 Thousand To 8 Lac P.A.
