Skills Required:
• Project Delivery - Understands different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies and milestones within a project, and the required documentation needs.
• Planning - Experienced with planning, estimating, staffing, organizing, and working on multiple projects. Has monitored and dealt with critical paths and risks areas.
• Service Delivery - Good understanding of concepts of service delivery and support and how this can be affected by technical delivery.
• Technical Knowledge - a very good broad understanding of a wide variety of technologies pertinent to Web & Mobile Applications.
• Leadership skills and Management
• Project Management experience in managing Web/Mobile application development
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with senior stakeholders, business subject matter experts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technology, business domains and processes
• Proven ability to multitask, be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressured environment with changing priorities

Roles & Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for leading project teams to develop and deliver solutions on projects
• Delivery of project outputs on time and in accordance with the allocated budgets, and ensuring Client endorsement.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, partners, consultants and contractors.
• Co-ordinate multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the project team, including specialist inputs from a pool of resources may be from outside your team, to ensure an integrated solution
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Ensure Team Leads under you follow coding standards, and be responsible for code quality since it is the primary deliverable in our projects.
• Be hands-on while the team gets stuck on tech
