Qualification: MBA(HR)/MHRM/MSW/ M. Com (HR)
Experience: 3-4 Years (Preferably IT industry)
Timings: 10 AM- 7:30 Pm (5 days working)
• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
• Administer Employee on-boarding and orientation.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave;
• Responsible to attend to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Develop and maintain talent management processes.
• Maintain employee personnel records.
• Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
